Dual Certification Post Training Survey

Congratulations on completing training in North Kansas City for Epoxytec’s ECAN dual certification!

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey below. Submission of this survey is required in order to receive an official ECAN certificate of completion. Each attendee must complete the survey in order to receive a certificate. All surveys must be received within one week of training. Only individuals who attended training in North Kansas City should complete this survey. Certificates will be issued via email shortly after the one-week training survey period has ended.
