Structural epoxy coatings offer water and wastewater professionals a unique applied lining system. The solution is very different from traditional coatings with a distinct benefit in film strength to hold back inflow and infiltration (I&I). A structural epoxy coating is an ultra-high build, reinforced “self-supporting” coating designed at specified thicknesses (125 mils minimum) to hold back low-pressure forces, such as I&I while protecting from corrosive hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) as an internal lining system. This is accomplished with microfiber reinforced polymerization (FRP) delivering high-strength applied and bonded lining.

Formulated for low-to-moderate hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) conditions, this product is ideal for wastewater and sanitary sewer rehabilitation and lining. This unique combination of cement enhanced with epoxy crosslinking delivers the economic savings of cement together with the performance qualities of epoxy.
