CPP Series
Generic Type
Ultra-high build, structural-grade applied microfiber reinforced
polymer (FRP) polycyclic epoxy
Description
Two-component, spray-applied, ultra-high build, 100% solids, structural-grade epoxy coating and lining system. CPP Sprayliner is a high strength applied and bonded lining solution for new construction or deteriorated and fatigued infrastructure, large diameter tanks, and large wall interior lining requirements. An advanced microfiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) technology cured with enhanced mechanical properties. The material can be sprayed ultra-high build, up to 3/8” (375 mils). Formulated specifically for rehabilitation and lining of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) structures, and other large wall, open or semi-open structures; designed with high moisture tolerance with H2S resistance and sealed I&I barrier protection. Designed for spray applicators seeking to utilize plural component heated spray application. Blended with reinforcing agents and various microfibers, the CPP Sprayliner creates a thick, microfiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) film with high mechanical strength to protect against corrosion and seal I&I. Optimized with polycyclic curing agents for increased crosslinking with excellent H2S resistance, sealing, moisture tolerance, UV stabilization, and service wear durability.
Common Use
For use as an applied liner in moderate and severe WWTP environments (including closed, partially-open, and open tanks).
